The cottage week begins on Saturday at 3PM.
Check-in anytime after 3PM.
Check-out is 9AM.
1/2 day rate will apply after 9AM.
Please respect suggested times.
Advance Deposit: $200 per week for each cottage reserved.
($750 per week for the Northwoods / $400 per week for the Northern Lights)
(Deposits are refundable ONLY
with 12 weeks notice in advance of reservation date.)
Your deposit will be applied to
cottage rental.
3 night minimum stay on all short stays.
3 day minimum payment on all stays.
$75 service charge on all cancellations and returned checks.

FAMILY RATES on MEAL PLAN PACKAGES:
From 3 night minimum -> Post-Paid Billing.
Toddlers - 1/4 adult rate.
Children ages 5-12, 1/2 rate, 1/2 portion.
Extras may be ordered ala carte.
Linens and towels are furnished with all cottages; towels available every Wednesday.
Bring beach towels. Daily maid service available - $5.00 per day per person.
PETS: Leash Required / Owner Responsible for any damages.
1 pet at no charge, $35 each additional pet.
$50 additional
cleaning service charge for excessive clean-up.
